Please see the following list of Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions to best assist you with questions regarding GFOA’s 118th Annual Conference at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

The 2024 GFOA Annual Conference will take place June 9–12 at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse, in Orlando. Exhibit hall show days are June 911. Exhibits are located in West Hall E2 (WE2).

The 2024 GFOA Annual Conference exhibit hall hours are:*

Sunday, June 9 - 9:30am–1:30pm. Staff can access the exhibit hall starting at 8:00am.

Monday, June 10 - 11:00am–4:30pm. Staff can access the exhibit hall starting 1 hour prior to the hall opening.

Tuesday, June 11 - 10:00am–2:00pm. Staff can access the exhibit hall starting 1 hour prior to the hall opening.

Saturday, June 8 - 8:00am–5:00pm

*Island booths do not have pipe and drape or identification sign.

The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available directly from Freeman by March 2024. You must create an account with Freeman to access the order forms.

GFOA requires all booths be carpeted or have floor covering. Floor covering can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Kit, available from Freeman by March 2024. Booths without floor covering two hours prior to the show opening will automatically have carpet installed by the decorator at the exhibitor’s expense.

No, electricity can be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center. Details will be available in March 2024.

Public space in the Orange County Convention Center have basic WiFi. A dedicated wired internet connection and booth WiFi can be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center. Details will be available in March 2024.

All food and beverage orders must go through SodexoLive, the official catering partner of the Orange County Convention Center. Details will be available in March 2024.

GFOA does not provide attendee contact information. Please be aware that we have received reports of unauthorized companies contacting exhibitors claiming to provide attendee lists. These companies are not affiliated with GFOA.

Exhibitors will have the option to purchase lead retrieval to capture attendee data. Details will be available in March 2024. Exhibitors and Sponsor will receive an early attendee list on May 31, 2024 that includes name, title, organization, city, and state or province.

Badge registration will open in March 2024. Look for an email from GFOA with instructions at that time. Please disregard attendee early registration deadlines. They do not apply to Sponsors and Exhibitors who have a different badging process that will be made available in the coming months.

Yes, additional exhibitor badges will be available for $315 each before May 3 and $515 after May 3. Exhibitor badges grant access the to expo hall and Sunday Welcome Reception only. Exhibitor/Delegate badges will be available for $645 each*. Exhibitor/Delegate badges grant access to the expo hall, Sunday Welcome Reception, all general education sessions, and delegate lunches.

Some sponsor levels include additional discounts on exhibitor/delegate badges, please refer to your contract for details.

Hospitality events cannot conflict with any GFOA session or conference-related event. (Please note that GFOA’s Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and GFOA’s Closing Event will take place on Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.)

Open nights to host a hospitality event are:

Saturday, June 8, 2024, after 5:00 pm.

Sunday, June 9, 2024, after 7:00 pm.

Monday, June 10, 2024, after 5:30 pm.

Connections Housing is the ONLY official housing company for this event and will not contact attendees directly to make a reservation. Booking through GFOA’s official housing provider will ensure that attendees receive the GFOA discounted rate and are working with a reputable company and that credit card information is secure. Yes, GFOA will provide daily shuttle service between the DoubleTree and Renaissance hotels and the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse. The Hyatt Regency, Rosen Plaza, and Rosen Centre are connected by pedestrian bridge to the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse. The Hilton is connected to the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse via a pedestrian bridge through the N/S Concourse.
