Recruit Additional Help. Achieving the change we are interested in will require support from many places. If you are interested in being a part of this initiative, please let us know by completing the form below.

Step 4

Develop Options. Using the information gathered in the first three phases, we will develop options for how local revenue systems might change. Some options are complex and will take time to develop. However, we have also started to identify ideas that local governments can start to enact right now.

Step 5
