Improving the Federal Funds Award Process

Congressional committees are in the process of examining ways to improve the federal funds award process. While we don't know to what extent any changes could be made or how quickly they could be implemented, we are collecting GFOA member feedback and plan to submit ideas to congressional staff who will be charged with the task of possibly drafting legislative language.
