Mr. Jeffrey Enos graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a B.S. in Statistics. Jeff has been with the U.S. Census Bureau for the past 14 years, all with the Los Angeles region. In the Census Bureau's Los Angeles Regional Office, he served as a survey supervisor managing the successful ramp-up of the American Community Survey to full implementation in 2005. He also successfully managed many other one-time and ongoing household surveys, improving response rates and reducing costs. During the 2010 Census, Jeff served as an Area Manager and later as an Assistant Regional Census manager overseeing half of the LA region's field operations, which included parts of central and southern California as well as the state of Hawaii. After the 2010 Census, Jeff served as a Program Coordinator managing field survey data collection for the region. Jeff also oversaw and managed the 2016 Census Test in Los Angeles County, CA, and the 2018 Census Test in Pierce County, WA. Currently, Jeff serves as Deputy Regional Director on Census 2020 overseeing field operations and outreach activities for Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Hawaii. Jeff is a 2-time recipient of the Census Bureau's Bronze Medal. Jeff lives with his wife and four children in the San Fernando Valley.
