We are looking for a person that leads and coordinates the preparation of the Agency and affiliate budgets, prepares confidential reports related to salaries, time and attendance, projection for labor negotiations, benefits, communicates and enforces policies and procedures, analyzes and reviews reports, establishes and prepares indirect cost allocations and assimilates final budget reports; conducts presentation, provides budget training and technical support and much more.

What YOU have to offer us: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in finance/accounting; and three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in administrative, management, budget, financial analysis, payroll or a related field. At least one (1) year experience working as a technical or functional lead is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will provide administrative, budgetary, and workflow support to the Finance Department and agency staff, analyzes programmatic practices and procedures for organizational, operational, policy, and procedural improvements; conducts needs analyses, provide agency-wide payroll monitoring and support and other related tasks. What we can do for YOU: We offer a generous salary starting at $97,988.69/annual with an earning potential up to $131,314.22/annual; and an additional 3% cost of living increase will be added effective July 9, 2022, in addition to a $150 monthly benefit that may be used by employees for any wellness purpose including but not limited to assisting with benefit premiums, co-pays, gym memberships, purchase of fitness equipment, weight-loss programs, etc. Medical insurance premiums are paid up to $1,780 per month, 100% of the dental, vision and the employee assistance program premiums are paid by SCCHA for the employee and their eligible dependents. They agency is committed to investing in our employee’s professional development and offers an educational tuition reimbursement program of up to $5,250 per calendar year for advancing your education.
