Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance Services

California State Teachers’ Retirement System is looking for a seasoned leader for our next Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance Services (CEA B).

The Director is responsible for aligning risk management and compliance with strategy-setting, while incorporating risk and compliance management and fraud prevention practices throughout the organization, identifying and scoring risks, as well as implementing associated education programs. This role will function as a trusted advisor in day-to-day risk assessment and compliance, ultimately enabling more informed decision-making for CalSTRS staff, leaders, and Board. You will play a vital role in assisting the organization to achieve its mission of securing the financial future and sustaining the trust of California's educators.
