Senior Treasury Officer
The Senior Treasury Officer has fiduciary oversight and responsibility for financial management, creation and development of operating and capital budgets, revenue forecasts, audits, funding strategies, grants management and Board materials that support and influence policy decisions. The incumbent facilitates routine presentations of complex financial and revenue information to the Director, Customer Service, Sales and Fare Media (CSSC), The overall Treasury department management team, the Treasurer, the Chief Financial Officer, the General Manager, and the Board of Directors, as well as reporting and analyses to local jurisdictions. The Senior Treasury Officer will be involved in all aspects of planning, reporting, organizing, leading, and coordinating personnel and activities for successful execution. The incumbent will exercise extensive latitude for independent judgment within defined scope, and critical thinking utilizing financial principles, analysis, software, and diverse business acumen to achieve results.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Experience
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, advanced presentation software expertise
