Part-time: 20-25 hours/week (includes 3% matching retirement, prorated holidays, sick leave, & vacation)

Full-time: 35-40 hours per week (includes full benefits, including health insurance)

Job Summary:

Under direction of the Town Manager, the position serves as the Town of Dolores chief financial officer. Directs, plans, manages, and schedules finance and accounting responsibilities for the Town, including accounts payable and receivable, organization wide purchasing processes and procedures, grant management, and financial account reconciliation using Ampstun software. Also prepares the annual budget and oversees the annual financial audit.
