Job Description

Assist with financial and administrative planning and reporting. Direct the college business office, general services, facilities and grounds. Lead construction planning and projects. Develop new sustainable revenue sources.

  • Provide positive, forward thinking financial leadership to prepare the College for the future.
  • Financial execution of mission and vision as set forth by the President and Board of Trustees.
  • Preparation of budget and regular monitoring of departmental budgets
  • Supervision and development of staff.
  • Preparation of annual audit report/financial statements
  • Facilitate compliance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations
  • Ensure preparation and submission of third-party reports (DHE, HLC, IPEDS, NCCBP)
  • Oversee and manage funding sources for facility management, construction projects, and planning
