The time wasted in meetings is a universal joke of the working world. Unfortunately, the time lost to meetings is no laughing matter for many GFOA members. A GFOA poll asked members to identify their most annoying source of wasted time. Meetings “won,” with a plurality (one-third) of respondents. GFOA members are not alone in their low regard for meetings.
