New President, President-Elect, Executive Board Members of Government Finance Officers Association for 2023–2026

Laura Allen, CPFO, ICMA-CM, Budget Analyst III, Capital Budgeting, Maryland Department of Budget and Management, became the 2023–2024 president of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) during the annual business meeting of its 117th Annual Conference, May 21–24, 2023, in Portland, Oregon. She has been on GFOA’s Executive Board since 2019 and has served as the Association’s 2022–2023 president-elect. Also at the business meeting, the Association’s members elected a new GFOA president-elect and five new members of the Association’s Executive Board.
