Patrick Hamacher currently serves as the Director of Legislative Analysis for the King County Council. He serves as part of a team of analysts charged with providing professional non-partisan analysis for the nine elected members of the King County Council. Patrick has been with the King County Council for the past fourteen years after previously working for the City of Flint, MI. He has a BA from Michigan State University in public administration and public policy and a MS from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Public Administration.
