Stephanie Fritz is a certified executive coach, who is passionate about developing leaders with the capabilities to navigate their teams through change. In her current role as Head of Analytical Learning for S&P Global Ratings, Stephanie leads a global team to deliver a learning and development strategy aligned to the strategic priorities for the Global Ratings Analytical Practices and Methodologies groups. Stephanie and team execute on a global learning agenda, focused on enabling the Analytical community to produce and deliver the highest quality ratings, research, and insights. She was attracted to S&P because of the digital transformation and various organizational change efforts.
Before joining S&P in March of 2018, Stephanie was the Senior Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Throughout her career, she has held multiple Learning and Development positions in finance, software technology, and biotechnology organizations that were in various stages of transformation and change. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, organizational and team performance, organizational development, and change leadership.
Stephanie is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Adult Learning and Leadership at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Stephanie received an MS in Organizational Psychology also from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at Pennsylvania State University. Stephanie is certified in a variety of assessment tools that support her work in leadership development, including: Hogan Leadership Profile, Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), Lominger Leadership Architect Competency Model and Lominger Voices 360. Stephanie is a certified yoga instructor (200 hours), and an avid yoga and meditation practitioner.
