Victor Hsu is a Partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Public Finance and Administrative Law group, resident in the Los Angeles Office. Mr. Hsu received his A.B. in 1983 from Princeton University, and his joint J.D./M.B.A. degree in 1987 from Yale Law School and the Yale School of Management. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1987.
Mr. Hsu’s experience extends to a broad variety of municipal financings, including public power, transportation, water and wastewater issuances, lease revenue bonds, certificates of participation, short-term notes and commercial paper. He has successfully closed over $15 billion in principal amount of municipal bonds over his career. Mr. Hsu’s clients include the Southern California Public Power Authority and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Mr. Hsu enjoys the distinction of being named a “Southern California Super Lawyer” in the field of Government Finance by Los Angeles magazine and one of “Southern California’s Top-Rated Lawyers” by American Lawyer Media, based on polls of his peers in the California legal community.
