Ken serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pinellas County, Florida in his role as Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller.  He has held this position since 2005.  Ken has been active in both GFOA and FGFOA.  He served as State of Florida President in 2019-20.  He currently serves as a member of the GFAO committee on Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting.  He has presented at both GFOA and FGFOA.  In addition, Ken serves on the Florida Bar Committee on Technology.
