Charlie Francis is a local government finance expert with more than 45 years of local government financial management experience in both the public and private sectors, including 20 years of experience as a CFO. Most recently, he served as the director of administrative services and treasurer for the City of Sausalito, California. Francis began his career as an auditor for the State of Illinois Department of Revenue and later served as an accountant for the Denver Renewal Authority and a consultant for the Wyoming Association of Municipalities. Francis has also consulted with national and international governments.
