Elizabeth M. Drouillard, CPA, is a Financial Reporting Manager with the City of San Antonio, Texas. She began her government career in the City’s Finance Department in 1997 and has worked in various staff and managerial roles. Since 2004, she has been a Financial Reporting Manager, overseeing the Grants Reporting for the City, that includes preparing the City’s Single Audit reports and holding City-wide training on various grant topics. She additionally manages staff over the financial reporting for the General Fund, Internal Service Funds, Permanent Funds, and Custodial Funds. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting, and obtained her CPA license in December 1998.
