Elizabeth M. Drouillard, CPA, is the Controller for the City of San Antonio, Texas, overseeing and coordinating the City’s accounting activities and functions. She began her government career in the City's Finance Department in 1997 and has worked in various staff and managerial roles. She worked as a Financial Reporting Manager for twenty years, directly managing staff over the ACFR financial reporting for General Fund, Internal Service Funds, Grants Funds (including Single Audits) Permanent Funds, and Custodial Funds. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting, and obtained her CPA license in September 1998.
