Jackie Dunn is the Treasurer for the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She oversees the issuance of notes and bonds on behalf of the City’s General and Enterprise Funds, the City’s $9 billion outstanding debt portfolio, cash management and investments, and related policy issues. She previously served as Chief of Staff to the Director of Finance and an Assistant Finance Director with the City of Philadelphia. Prior to joining the City, Ms. Dunn worked for Public Financial Management and the Annenberg Public Policy Center. She has a Master’s in Governmental Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a member of the Treasury and Investment Management Committee for GFOA.
