Keith Welker, PhD is a qualitative researcher at OpenMind. His role is to conduct research and analyze data with the goal of continually improving OpenMind, understanding OpenMind users, and building OpenMind’s research and development work with corporate clients. Before coming to OpenMind, Keith was an assistant professor of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he conducted research on relationships and aggression and taught courses on personality, statistics, and social psychology. He also earned a PhD in Social Psychology from Wayne State University and received post-doctoral training at the University of Oregon and the University of Colorado Boulder.
