Brian is the Chief Financial Officer for Metro, a regional government in Portland, Oregon. He has 25 years of experience in the public sector, with experience at several different cities in Oregon. He has a bachelor's degree from Willamette University and a Master of Public Administration from Portland State University. Brian is also an adjunct faculty member at Portland State in the Public Administration program, teaching public budgeting and financial management.
