Mark is a senior manager in the GFOA’s Research and Consulting Center. Prior to joining GFOA, he worked in municipal government and higher education. Mark supports government jurisdictions through various finance related consulting projects and technology acquisitions. He also conducts research and writes on various topics impacting public sector finance. In addition to research and consulting, Mark also staffs various finance and budget related professional development trainings. Mark also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.
