Mallory Stribling is the Budget Services Manager with Fauquier County’s Office of Management & Budget. She has been with the County of Fauquier, Virginia for the last eight years and specializes in budget analysis and grant management. Mallory was named Fauquier’s Employee of the Year in 2018 for designing and implementing the first annual kickball tournament and helped to organize the county’s Random Acts of Kindness campaign. Prior to working in local government, she was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.

Mallory is a graduate of Boston University with a bachelors degree in International Relations, a graduate certificate in Local Government Management from Virginia Tech, and a Project Management Professional certification. She was also a member of the GFOA Leadership Academy at the College of Charleston in October 2019. Mallory is currently enrolled in George Mason University’s Master of Public Administration program and plans to graduate in May 2023.
