Nancy is the Chief of the Division of Fiscal Management for Montgomery County Maryland since 2020. She is responsible for oversight of the County’s cash and investments, debt management, revenue forecasting, economic development program administration and fiscal policy analysis. She has had a long career in municipal finance as a credit analyst, risk manager, investment banker and rating agency analyst at a number of firms including Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Roosevelt & Cross and Standard & Poor’s and served as the Director of Public Finance for the State of New Jersey from 2006-2010. Nancy is the President of The Society of Municipal Analysts, Vice-Chair of the GFOA Debt Committee, former board member of Northeast Women in Public Finance and former board member of iMentor - New York City Chapter.
