AJ Padilla has served on the City of Austin Deferred Compensation Committee since 2012, with the last 4 as Chairperson. He leads a committee that oversees a 457 plan with assets in excess of $650 million. AJ is also a 17-year veteran of the Austin Fire Department where he is a Lieutenant in the Fire Marshal's Office.
