Sheila White has over twenty years of leadership experience in both accounting and operations roles. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a MBA. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina. She began her career in accounting as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP. Before joining the City of Richmond, Sheila was a senior manager in banking where she successfully led both accounting and project teams. In addition, she has held positions at a public housing agency, a real estate investment company, and a Fortune 100 financial services company in a variety of progressive leadership roles.
