Mr. Tyne has served as City Manager for Peoria over the last four years. He has served on the GFOA Standing Committee on Economic Development and Capital Planning. He was also a Trustee for the Arizona State Retirement System, and is a past president with the State finance association. Mr. Tyne is a Credentialed Manager with ICMA, has his Masters Degree in Public Administration, and attended the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at the JFK School of Government at Harvard.
