The resilient woman public finance officer, this year's theme for GFOA's Women's Public Finance Network, took on a greater meaning this year. COVID-19 placed increased demands and presented new challenges for women everywhere. During this session, Kimberly Ellison-Taylor, CPA, CGMA, CISA, will share how she has cultivated resiliency both personally and professionally, including as a woman working in local government, to tackle new challenges. This session will feature an interactive conversation with Ellison-Taylor to address pertinent questions for women leaders.
