For extensions for CAnFR, please submit the extension form below to record your extension in our system.

For extensions for the COA Program or PAFR Program, please follow the instructions for submitting a COA Program Extension Request, Budget Program Extension Request, or PAFR Program Extension Request in GFOA’s Awards Management System.

GFOA is migrating the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award Program to our Awards Management System (AMS.)

A government may request a 30-day extension of the submission deadline for the Canadian Award for Financial Reporting Program. When a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday the submission is due the next business day.
