Job Description


As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer acts as a strategic business partner by providing complex financial and administrative support to City Administration. The Finance Director will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, leading, and controlling all financial-related activities of the City. This will include direct responsibility for finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, risk management, private and institutional financing, and financial compliance by ensuring financial reporting and procedural compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations as well as generally accepted governmental and accounting principles. Coordinating the annual audit and is responsible for the Audit and serving as the City’s Chief Investment Officer.
