Chief Financial Officer

This position is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization.

Job functions include:

• Month and year end closings; assist with annual audits
• Prepare & maintain all financial records
• Maintain Depreciation Schedule
• Cash Flow Analysis & Forecasting
• Detailed Budget Planning, Preparation, & Analysis
• Bond & Grant Management
• Monitor all expenditures
• Coordinate, prepare, and submit all required grant reporting.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Update company policies and procedures in accordance with laws, rules, regulations
• Ensure compliance with all funding agencies
• Supervision of Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Collections, IT, & Automated Metering
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications include:

• 4 Year degree in Accounting or Business with a strong financial background
• Experience at Government Entity preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong management skills
• Microsoft Office experience
