Women's Public Finance Network: Impact, Influence, and Inspire

The theme for GFOA's Women's Public Finance Network (WPFN) this year is impact, influence, and inspire. During this session, Debra Smith, founder of Montage Careers LLC and retired Chief Operating Investment Officer of the California State Teachers' Retirement System will discuss elements of WPFN's annual theme and the experiences of women working in government finance.
